At the same time, the design included the targeted modification of an opening beneath the staircase to accommodate a modern, high-efficiency heat pump, maximizing the use of available space while enhancing the building&#8217;s overall energy efficiency. The careful selection of contemporary materials and harmonious colour combinations made it possible to preserve the building&#8217;s original architectural character while completely revitalising the appearance of a previously outdated structure. The final result is an elegant and refined design that blends seamlessly into its surroundings, enhancing the semi-detached residence while fully respecting the surrounding environment."}
