Alzano Single-Family Villa
The building was designed and constructed in its entirety to meet the rigorous quality standards of the protocol established by the CasaClima / Klimahaus Agency in Bolzano. This independent agency’s assessment provides an absolute guarantee of indoor comfort, durability, and sustainability for the clients and end-users of the residence.

In terms of composition, the project establishes a perfect balance and a coherent dialogue between the straightforwardness of simple, contemporary volumes and references to traditional Orobie mountain architecture.
This transition of materials and historical styles is openly expressed through the use of imposing natural stone bases juxtaposed with warm, recessed timber elements.
The interiors unfold with a dynamic fluidity, where expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and elegant double-height volumes create spaces that are exceptionally airy, light-filled, and panoramic.
The floor plan and façade orientation have been strategically designed to open outwards, allowing the living spaces to fully benefit from the high landscape, agricultural, and woodland value characteristic of the hilly setting of the lower Seriana Valley.
