The project for the single-family villa in Casazza was conceived with the aim of integrating harmoniously and strategically into the surrounding landscape.
The steep slope of the site, combined with the magnificent view opening onto the eastern slopes of Val Cavallina, inspired the volumetric design of this hillside residence, architecturally conceived as the interlocking of two distinct, single-material volumes.
Each volume features a single sloping roof, angled in opposition to the other—a geometric choice designed to highlight the uniqueness, dynamism, and contemporary character of the structures. Beyond aesthetics and landscape integration, great attention was paid to sustainability.
The building meets all the criteria for the highest energy efficiency class ("A"), prioritizing technological solutions aimed at drastically reducing energy consumption for climate control, lighting, and domestic hot water production.
